Melt off FAT!...Its about as accurate as it sounds...This 6 Week Program was created to help you dial in your Nutrition and Exercise to literally melt off body fat while building and toning muscle.
This Fat Loss Program has 3 main components. (Fitness, Nutrition, & Accountability)
(Fitness): You will be working out with a personal trainer in a small group setting focusing on:
(Nutrition): This is maybe the most important piece of the program. Without dialing in your nutrition to the proper range, It will be very difficult to burn off body fat. We have a system in place to help you individualize your nutrition plan based on your goals and lifestyle.
(Accountability): To help you stay on track and push you forwards, you will be designated an accountability coach to measure progress and follow through with regular coaching appointments to make sure your progress is where it needs to be and so constant adjustments can be made.
