High intensity interval training group workouts, Incorporating High Variety Strength Training Circuits, Extensive Core Training and Fun Cardio Intervals. With the intention to get a lot of work done in a short period of time.

Body Pump training

Small Group Strength Training

Structured Strength Training, incorporating barbells and advanced progressive techniques to maximize strength gains and muscle growth. Groups limited to 4-8 persons to keep quality attention to detail, and stay efficient with equipment.
