Again this Summer, upon popular demand, we will be putting on a 10 Week High School Strength Training Program.
3 Days a Week Training on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:00AM, with Saturday morning flex option.
Days are separated between "Pull, Push & Lower Body" Days.
