Some clients ask too many questions. It’s good to be curious, but sometimes we go too far.
We can create paralysis by analysis.
One client always asks, “Am I doing this correctly?” Another worries about pulling something during simple exercises.
Here’s the thing: Your coach is there to ensure you’re doing exercises safely, not perfectly. Everyone’s body is different.
Feeling stretched or sore after a long break from exercise is normal. It doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong.
Ask questions to understand the program. But don’t overthink it.
A slight form breakdown during a kettlebell swing won’t send you to the ER.
What’s more likely to cause pain and injury?
– Overtraining
– Extreme workouts
– Not enough recovery time
– Lack of sleep
– Poor nutrition or hydration
Your coach is there to keep you safe and effective, not perfect. Perfection stops progress.
Want to avoid pain and injury? Try these:
– Sleep an extra hour
– Drink more water
– Eat lean protein and veggies with every meal
Focus on these basics instead of obsessing over perfect form.
