A new month is knocking on the door, and that means summer is right around the corner.

That means outdoor activities and maybe even slipping into your bathing suit and heading to the beach or pool.

If that’s something you dread because your spring didn’t go as planned when it comes to your exercise and nutrition, it’s not too late to fix it.


It’s never, really, too late.


One of my favorite questions is, “When is the best time to plant a tree?”


The best answer is, “Twenty years ago.”


The second-best answer is, “Today.”


Just start today!


I wish I could tell you we could snap our fingers and make washboard abs instantly appear. If that were the case, there would be no need to exercise or watch what you eat. 🙂


If you’re not thrilled with how you look or feel, you can’t snap your fingers and change it today.


But you can drink more water today.


You can do a few exercises today. It doesn’t have to be a triathlon … a few squats, lunges and push-ups would be a great start.


You can get protein and veggies with your next meal … and snack on fruit in between meals.


So no, you can’t lose 10 pounds today … but you can take a small step or action that will lead to the body and health that you want.
