Prioritizing your health

I wanted to address a common issue that arises at the beginning of every month. It’s the time when some clients consider taking a break and pausing their membership, potentially due to reasons like feeling overwhelmed or they “don’t have time.”

I want to focus on the reasons people often give when they think about taking a break and offer some advice on how you can avoid falling into this trap.

We often use the phrase “take a break” to soften the idea of quitting, but deep down, do we really intend to come back? It’s essential to be honest with ourselves and recognize if we’re just seeking a temporary solution – or worse, lying to ourselves.

One of the most common excuses I hear is, “I don’t have time.” The truth is, we all have time; it’s about prioritizing what truly matters, such as our health. It’s important to be flexible … and I’m not referring to being able to touch your toes 🙂

For instance, if in-person training becomes challenging, switching to a combination of in-person session and virtual workouts can be a great alternative. Additionally, focusing on areas like nutrition, hydration, and sleep can still contribute positively to our well-being.

Let’s remember that successful people make choices about where they invest their time. It’s time to choose wisely and prioritize what truly matters – your health and well-being.
