What’s Your Destination?

It’s easy for most of us to visualize our ideal vacation destination. For some, it’s Disney World. Others prefer something tropical, like Aruba or Cancun. Maybe it’s a cruise, or a couple of weeks exploring Asia or Europe.

But today, I want to ask you to visualize a different kind of destination.

Where do you want to be a year from now with your body and health?

What’s your physical and emotional destination … and how are you going to reach it?

It’s a little more difficult to visualize this, but it’s a worthwhile exercise.

Carve out some quiet time for yourself, close the blinds, close your eyes, and visualize reaching your destination … and how you’ll look and feel when you do.

How will your clothes fit?

What will your mental outlook be?

On an ideal day, what will you be doing … and who will you be doing it with?

It’s not uncommon to plan a special trip a year in advance. But sometimes, we forget that we’re always on a journey … and if we don’t have a destination in mind, it’s going to be pretty difficult to reach it.

So while I hope you’ll be able to visit your favorite vacation destination again soon, I’d be even happier if you were able to reach a different kind of destination … a health and wellness destination.

Where do you want to be a year from now?

What do you want to be doing?

Who do you want to be doing it with?

Reply back and let me know. Once you have your destination in mind, I’d be happy to offer you some tips on how to reach it.
